  • We typically require a deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Whilst we don't currently offer specific payment plans, we'd be happy to discuss your specific needs in more detail to see if we can make accommodations to better suit your needs.

Website Template FAQ's
  • Our website templates come fully designed with essential pages, layouts, and customizable features to get your boutique brand online quickly. Each template includes a mobile-friendly design, responsive features, and basic SEO optimization.

  • Our templates are designed with flexibility in mind. You can easily customize colors, fonts, images, and text to match your brand’s identity. If you need more advanced customizations, our team can assist for an additional cost.

  • No coding experience is required! Our templates are built on Wix Studio, which is user-friendly and intuitive. You can make adjustments without the need for technical expertise.

  • Yes! We include a 1-2 hour virtual setup session with our team for all website templates. During this session, we’ll walk you through the setup process, answer any questions, and ensure you’re comfortable with the template.

  • Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive and email with instructions on next steps. When purchasing a presentation template, you will receive a direct download link. When purchasing a website template, we will contact you for more information so that we can transfer your new template over to you. We'll also schedule your set up call. 

  • Our presentation templates include fully editable slides, designed with clean layouts, fonts, and color schemes to help you present your brand or business in an impactful, professional way.

  • If you need assistance, we’re here to help! You can reach out to our team for support, and we’ll guide you through any challenges you may face, whether it's with customization or setup.

  • Each template purchase is licensed for a single use per website or presentation. If you'd like to use it for multiple sites or projects, please contact us for additional licensing options.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a template has been downloaded or accessed. However, if you encounter technical issues, our team is happy to provide support to resolve them.

  • The template purchase includes the design and base features. Customization services, additional setup, or extended support are available for an additional cost. We’ll always provide a clear quote before any work begins.
